Smoked Sous Vide Prime Rib & Sous Vide Shrimp Cocktail for Christmas

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas this year, despite some seriously cold weather and lots of snow.

Since it was a special occasion I made some Prime Rib and Shrimp Cocktails for the family. Everything came out amazing.
